Find answers to common questions about using Experizon.
General
What is Experizon? Experizon is a platform that connects students with real-world projects from companies and professors. Students gain practical experience by working on actual business and academic challenges, while companies and professors discover and evaluate emerging talent.
Is Experizon free to use? Experizon is free forever for learners and professors — unlimited submissions, messaging, certificates, and portfolios. Companies get their first 3 months of the Starter plan free, then pay per live project (from €35/month). Interaction is never limited on any plan.
Which universities are supported? Experizon welcomes students from any accredited university worldwide. We verify student status through university email addresses or official documentation.
How is Experizon different from internships? Unlike traditional internships, Experizon projects are flexible and can be completed remotely on your own schedule. You can work on multiple projects simultaneously, and there's no long-term commitment required.
How does Experizon protect student work? We take student protections seriously. Project owners must accept publishing terms that include grading commitments and a minimum 14-day visibility period. If a project is scheduled for deletion, students receive email notifications and are given a grace period (7-30 days). Evaluated submissions, certificates, and portfolio entries are permanently preserved.
What languages does Experizon support? Experizon is available in 8 languages: English, Greek, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, and Chinese. You can change the language from the language selector in the navigation bar. The platform supports right-to-left (RTL) layout for Arabic.
What is Two-Factor Authentication (MFA)? Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. Once enabled, you'll need to enter a code from an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator) in addition to your password when logging in. You can enable it from Settings > Security. Backup codes are provided in case you lose access to your authenticator.
